Adam Kessel, Principal, Fish & Richardson, Boston
Adam Kessel, a principal in Fish & Richardson’s Boston office, is an IP litigator and licensing attorney whose practice focuses on software. He works with clients ranging from single-employee startups all the way up to companies in the top 10 of the Fortune 500, helping them develop strategies to avoid disputes whenever possible and win them when they must go to court. He handles cases spanning all areas of IP law, including patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark law.
