Leverage Your Success through Alliances & Partnering

- Success, Survival and Failure -

Back to Calendar Directions to the meeting Cost and Times

Meeting Overview:

Building successful partnerships and alliances has always been an important element in building a successful business. Properly done, they can shorten the time to profitability, enhance credibility and enable significantly faster growth. Conversely, the choice of a wrong partner or the failure to leverage the relationship can lead to disaster for early stage companies.

On Tuesday, March 2, we will present a panel with significant experience in building such relationships and, perhaps more importantly, a panel able to identify important pitfalls and how to avoid them.

They will: (1) address the process of identifying possible partners, drilling down to the best one and securing the relationship; (2) share experiences regarding what has made their partnerships successful, and, more importantly, what went wrong and why; and (3) discuss how these relationships increase (or decrease) shareholder value.

Robert S. Friedman,
