Sage advice from an unknown entrepreneur. Far too many good products, with real markets, fail to take hold because the processes for getting the customers to buy them are somehow deficient. And if customers don't buy, well…!

These processes are not something to be developed after the product is ready. They must be carefully thought out and integrated into your business structure. Tonight we will hear from speakers describing successful strategies for "climbing that tree" and letting everyone know about it.

Alberto Costales has over 20 years of business experience in the creation and successful implementation of strategic alliances for the IT industry around the world. John Alexander Maraganis is the founder and president of Omega. Previously he was a principal in the DATA Group, and led the development and marketing for the first service management software product. He has presented numerous seminars on customer loyalty and retention and is a graduate of New Hampshire College with a BS degree in Computer Science. He has served on the board of the Association for Service Management International and the American Electronic Association.

Wes Moore, President, Chairman and CEO is a serial entrepreneur. He was Vice President and one of the three original incorporators of the Rockingham Economic Development Corporation, a private, non-profit group. He also co-founded Moore Staffing Services, Inc., and was founder of Material Handling Installations, Inc., a five million-dollar plus company. He has a BS in Business from the University Of Massachusetts at Boston.

Moore Digital Services was founded to exploit the opportunity in DVDs. Through an aggressive marketing and sales program they have captured the major portion of the event DVD market and are now moving rapidly into the corporate marketplace.
