John Alexander
Maraganis is the founder and president of Omega. Previously he was a
principal in the DATA Group, and led the development and marketing for the
first service management software product. He has presented numerous seminars
on customer loyalty and retention and is a graduate of New Hampshire College
with a BS degree in Computer Science. He has served on the board of the
Association for Service Management International and the American Electronic
Association.

Wes Moore,
President, Chairman and CEO is a serial entrepreneur. He was Vice President and
