Leslie Gray
III is the Managing Director of Morgan Group LLC, consultants to
technology driven companies. A number of years ago, Leslie Gray started a
business in his garage, Airflow Research & Manufacturing Corp. In 1995 he
sold the business to Bosch for 10's of millions of dollars - he had captured
the market for cooling fans in the automotive industry. Some might think that
the market Les chose to dominate is rather mundane. But achieving a level of
dominance in any market requires all the skill we have come to admire in an
entrepreneur. Les Gray will share with attendees the strategies and tactics
that he used to wrest the business away from the competition, and make
generalizations that can be applied to other ventures. |
