Jeff Kaplan is VP Marketing and Business Development, InterOPS Management Solutions, a leading provider of Operations Management Services for organizations with Web-based eBusinesses worldwide. Funded by Fidelity Ventures and a group of Internet infrastructure executive"angel" investors, InterOPS has approximately 35 employees and a growing list of clients. Prior to InterOPOS, Jeff helped build International Network Services' (INS) to the leading independent network professional services firm, growing the company from 300 employees and $30 million in revenue in 1996 to a $315 million, 2200-person company before being acquired by Lucent Technologies in 1999. Subsequently, Jeff became Director of Strategic Marketing for the Worldwide Services Division of Lucent. Previously to INS/Lucent, Jeff was the principal industry analyst focused on network management issues and markets at IDC, Dataquest, and META Group. Jeff has a BS from Rutgers University and an MBA from Boston College.

William P. Gnerre is Founder & CEO, Entrepreneurial Beginnings Inc. and Co-Founder, ChannelWave Inc. Bill manages EBI, a consulting firm specializing in assisting start-ups in closing their first sales and initial customers' successes, accurately identifying and quantifying "addressable market" segments, and setting up on-going sales operations. Bill was a Co-Founder of ChannelWave Inc. in 1996, a venture back Internet software company specializing in Partner Relationship Management. Bill designed the first user screens for the application, oversaw development of the prototypes, and made the initial product sales. Over the next 3 years ChannelWave grew to 200 people and raised $56M from established investors SoftBank, Lazard Capital, and ABS Capital. During these three years Bill held positions of VP of Sales, Director of Inside Sales, and Director of Channel Consulting and served as a major account sales rep. Prior to founding ChannelWave, Bill held sales, marketing positions with Wright Strategies, Formtek Software, Computervision, and engineering positions with Loral Electronics. Bill holds a BS Mechanical Engineering, Northeastern University.
Leslie Gray III is the Managing Director of Morgan Group LLC, consultants to technology driven companies. A number of years ago, Leslie Gray started a business in his garage, Airflow Research & Manufacturing Corp. In 1995 he sold the business to Bosch for 10's of millions of dollars - he had captured the market for cooling fans in the automotive industry. Some might think that the market Les chose to dominate is rather mundane. But achieving a level of dominance in any market requires all the skill we have come to admire in an entrepreneur. Les Gray will share with attendees the strategies and tactics that he used to wrest the business away from the competition, and make generalizations that can be applied to other ventures.
