The first meeting of 2001 for the Entrepreneurs' Network
features a panel of three legal experts who have extensive experience in high
technology. This year the panel also features the President of the Microwave
Processing Division of Communications and Power Industries (CPI) who will
discuss how his company balances both patent and trade secret protection.
The goal of the January 2nd meeting is to make sure entrepreneurs
understand a few of the most basic legal issues that are inevitably raised in
the business world. There will also be a question and answer session after the
panel discussion moderated by IEEE Entrepreneurs' Network Chairman Kirk Teska,
a patent attorney and partner of the Waltham intellectual property law firm of
Iandiorio & Teska. Contact Kirk at (617) 890-5678 for further
information.
