Presentation

Managing a virtual company presents both traditional and unique challenges. Today’s virtual managers need the right mix of hard skills—recruiting talent and managing people, negotiating contracts and optimizing finances, implementing technology and executing operations—and soft skills—communications and conflict resolution, focus and leadership, trust and goal-setting. This dynamic panel will explore these topics and provide valuable insights and best practices. Whether you’re a seasoned manager or a solo practitioner looking to grow your virtual company, you will gain valuable insights from a panel with over 50 years of experience.
